  • Serve as the primary clinical liaison to regional and country-level investigators by facilitating peer-to-peer scientific exchange on the company’s pipeline, conducting protocol discussions, supporting site initiation and training, and maintaining engagement throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Support clinical trial enrollment and retention at regional and country sites by working with investigators and site staff to identify enrollment challenges, implement site-level solutions, and maintain site motivation and engagement across active studies.
  • Capture and communicate clinical landscape intelligence, including investigator perspectives, competitive trial activity, site capacity trends, and unmet medical need insights, to Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams in a structured and actionable manner.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs medical science liaisons to coordinate and align scientific engagement activities at the investigator level, establish clear boundaries between clinical trial support and medical affairs activities, and maximize the impact of both.
  • Represent the organization at clinical and scientific meetings, investigator symposia, disease-area conferences, and site visits as a credible and knowledgeable representative.
  • Develop and implement site engagement strategies to improve study start-up, enrollment performance, retention, and site satisfaction.

About the Company

Beeline Medicines

Clinical-stage biotech developing precision autoimmune therapies

Beeline Medicines focuses on precision therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, advancing a portfolio of in-licensed programs from Bristol Myers Squibb with strong backing from Bain Capital. Its lead, afimetoran, is an oral TLR7/8 inhibitor for lupus, with lomedeucitinib as an allosteric TYK2 inhibitor and two IND-stage biologics targeting IL-18 and IL-10 pathways to modulate immune signaling. The company differentiates itself by combining externally sourced programs with a leadership team experienced in drug development and commercialization, pursuing multiple mechanism-driven candidates rather than a single modality, supported by substantial early funding. Its goal is to move its clinical-stage therapies toward pivotal trials and bring targeted immune-modulating treatments to patients, beginning with completing Phase 2 for afimetoran in late 2026 and following with a pivotal program.
