Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in enterprise finance information technology, including at least 7 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA or Enterprise Central Component Finance implementations.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering artificial intelligence and machine-learning-powered features within enterprise resource planning or finance platforms, such as intelligent automation, natural-language interfaces, or predictive analytics.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, including General Ledger, Universal Journal, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Contract Accounting, Revenue Accounting and Reporting, Treasury, and Asset Accounting.
  • A proven product management or information technology delivery leadership track record driving complex, multi-stakeholder programs from concept to production.
  • A strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, International Financial Reporting Standard 15, Accounting Standards Codification 606, and subscription business financial models.
  • Experience in a high-growth software-as-a-service or technology company with subscription revenue models and a solid understanding of SAP Order to Cash processes.
  • Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA analytics, including Databricks and SAP Analytics Cloud, procurement platforms such as Ariba, GEP, or Coupa, and cloud data platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary product owner for SAP S/4HANA Finance components, including General Ledger, Universal Journal, Payables and Receivables, Contract Accounting with Contract Accounts and Collections/Dispute Management, Treasury and Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting.
  • Drive configuration, extension development, and integration architecture decisions in collaboration with solution architects and SAP Basis teams.
  • Manage integration touchpoints with Kyriba, BlackLine, Databricks, GEP, and custom microservices while ensuring data integrity and real-time financial visibility.
  • Drive organizational adoption of new technologies and manage change-management workstreams.
  • Partner with the Director of Global Accounting and Treasury leadership to align technology investments with finance transformation goals.
  • Write detailed product requirements, artificial intelligence model cards, functional specifications, and user stories for engineering and design teams.
  • Drive agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews, while maintaining traceability from artificial intelligence experiments to production deployments.
  • Build executive-ready arguments quantifying return on investment, time to value, and risk for artificial-intelligence-enabled initiatives.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional pod of engineers, quality assurance specialists, finance subject-matter experts, and data engineers.
  • Own and evolve the multi-year product roadmap for SAP S/4HANA’s central finance module, prioritizing artificial-intelligence-first capabilities alongside foundational enterprise resource planning improvements.
  • Define and champion an artificial intelligence integration strategy spanning generative artificial intelligence copilots, intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, and predictive close.
  • Identify opportunities to embed SAP Business AI, Joule, and third-party large language models such as Azure OpenAI and Google Vertex AI into core finance workflows.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay current on SAP release cycles, artificial intelligence advancements, and financial technology trends to continuously improve the roadmap.
  • Lead delivery of artificial-intelligence-powered capabilities, including automated General Ledger account coding and journal-entry validation, intelligent Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable matching and dispute resolution, natural-language querying of financial data through large-language-model interfaces, predictive cash-flow forecasting and working-capital optimization, and real-time anomaly detection and fraud prevention using machine-learning pipelines.
  • Partner with artificial intelligence and machine-learning engineering teams and data scientists to design model-training datasets, evaluate model performance, and define feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with SAP and cloud hyperscalers, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, to leverage embedded artificial intelligence services within the SAP S/4HANA digital platform.
  • Define responsible artificial intelligence guardrails, bias-mitigation frameworks, and explainability standards for artificial intelligence models embedded in finance workflows.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Build, or SAP Extension Suite for custom artificial intelligence development.
  • Familiarity with timely engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic artificial intelligence frameworks such as LangChain and AutoGen applied to enterprise data.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence governance frameworks, responsible artificial intelligence principles, and General Data Protection Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act compliance for finance data managed by automated systems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with at least one artificial intelligence and machine-learning toolchain, such as Azure OpenAI Service, Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, SAP AI Core, or an equivalent.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance certification or SAP Activate methodology training.
  • Experience mentoring finance technologists and encouraging a culture of continuous learning and artificial intelligence literacy.

Adobe falls to $254 support level that previously triggered average 63% gains

Decart raises billions for low-latency AI infrastructure platform valued at $3.9B
