Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience. Executive compensation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other relevant field.
  • Working knowledge of the Workday HRIS preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze, manipulate, make observations about, and present data.
  • Excellent ability to effectively communicate both written & verbally with strong client focus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, be self-motivated, and learn independently.
  • Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to successfully work in a team environment.
  • Professional and responsible approach to work, clients, and other employees.
Responsibilities
  • Research compensation data questions & inquiries. Conduct and manage ad-hoc compensation market data requests.
  • Reviews market and employee data for trends or issues and makes recommendations to compensation team leaders.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations on various compensation matters and topics.
  • Primary contact and compensation support for designated business unit labels or functions.
  • Administers and supports the global year-end compensation process.
  • Support the design and delivery of business unit specific executive compensation programs in line with business needs, culture, and values. Assist with STI and LTI plan design.
  • Recommend and enhance current programs, policies, and processes for both short-term and longer-term business needs and goals. Model potential impact of design changes.
  • Work independently and with other compensation team members to effectively manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Advanced analytical problem-solving skills and ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical systematic way; consistently prepare accurate and timely analyses.
  • Stays current with general compensation trends (Domestic & International) through review of relevant compensation & HR literature.
  • Creates and support development of compensation communication and training materials.
  • Handle the day-to-day analysis and administration needs with respect to the company's compensation plans as needed.
  • Participate in and support M&A activity as needed.
  • Work with compensation vendors as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, training, and practice improvement with respect to compensation team initiatives.
  • Support and conduct global compensation analysis as needed.
  • Tracks & supports the management of compensation projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate on special projects.
