Follow the installation process carefully and complete work to company quality standards.
Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers.
Work closely with the installation team to complete projects efficiently.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in landscaping, construction, contracting, painting, general labor, installation, maintenance, concrete work, warehouse operations, moving, or a similar physically active role.
A strong work ethic, the ability to stay productive throughout the day, and a willingness to learn.
Prior epoxy or floor-coating experience, although it is not required.

Castle Floor Coatings is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our installation team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys seeing the finished results of their work, and wants to build practical skills in the floor-coating industry.
Previous epoxy or floor-coating experience is not required. We will train the right person. Experience in landscaping, construction, contracting, painting, general labor, installation, maintenance, or another physically active field is helpful, but a strong work ethic, a proven employment history, and the willingness to learn matter most.
Our strongest candidate will be ready to contribute from day one, work well as part of a crew, and provide the level of professionalism and customer service our clients expect.
