IT Project Manager
About the job
- A college or university education in computer science/information technology or a related field is required.
- At least five years of experience managing technology infrastructure and IT projects is required.
- Significant experience in environments with more than 100 users is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows server environments is required.
- Experience in cybersecurity, backup, networking, and access management is required.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills are required.
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills are required.
- The ability to work in multisite environments is required.
- Manage and coordinate activities related to technological infrastructure.
- Coordinate the work of IT support, server, and network specialists.
- Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Active Directory environments.
- Monitor servers, workstations, and Microsoft email solutions.
- Develop and implement a plan for infrastructure prevention, monitoring, and improvement.
- Track incidents, service requests, and technical interventions.
- Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and required security updates.
- Prepare activity reports and technology recommendations.
- Monitor technology developments and recommend innovative solutions.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and security of information and systems under the role's responsibility.
- Experience managing Cisco, Fortinet, or Ruckus Wireless networks is an important asset.
