accesso Intelligence launches agentic AI to automate workflows for visitor attractions

accesso Technology Group has introduced agentic AI capabilities for its Intelligence platform, enabling visitor attractions to automate analytical workflows through conversation. The system allows operators to set up recurring tasks like performance monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and stakeholder communications. The platform addresses data fragmentation across ticketing, memberships, food and beverage, retail, and operations systems. Users can define analytical work conversationally, with the system selecting appropriate tools and data sources to deliver outcomes. Key features include agentic skills for multi-step analysis, automated scheduling of recurring work, and adaptive reporting that adjusts based on data patterns. The technology combines data integration, machine learning, visualisation, and workflow automation in a single platform. The capabilities are currently available within accesso Intelligence. accesso serves over 1,100 venues globally with its ecosystem of solutions for the leisure and entertainment sectors.

Accesso shares undervalued at 5.7x cash earnings as strategy delivers 50% profit jump

Shore Capital has backed accesso Technology Group, saying the ticketing and technology firm's strategic revamp is showing early results. The broker highlighted a 49.7% increase in first-half cash profits to $7.6 million, with margins widening to 11.2% despite flat revenue of $67.8 million. Shore pointed to momentum in accesso's expanded offering, including accessoPay, developed with Adyen, and accesso Intelligence, its AI and analytics platform. Cross-sell demand for the latter exceeded expectations. Seventeen new venues signed up during the period, with more purchasing multiple products. Analyst Katie Cousins maintained full-year forecasts of $146.5 million revenue and $20.7 million cash earnings. Shore noted the shares trade at 5.7 times forecast cash earnings, suggesting the valuation fails to reflect the company's improving position.

Accesso maintains $146M revenue guidance as payments platform launches

Accesso Technology Group maintained its full-year guidance, expecting revenue of approximately $146 million and cash EBITDA of around $20 million. Trading in the first half met board expectations, with performance weighted towards the second half covering summer and Halloween seasons. The ticketing and guest experience software provider launched its payments product, accessoPay, with first customer transactions expected in August. This completes Accesso's strategy of bundling ticketing, food and beverage, retail, guest experience and virtual queuing products into a single platform. The company reported an increasing number of multi-product deals in the first half. Roughly $1.9 million of revenue depends on delivering Middle East projects by December. Accesso separately disclosed an IT security incident, judging financial exposure risk as low with no impact on outlook.
