JAR adopts MRI Software's agentic AI to streamline workflows and support resident service.

JAR adopts MRI Software's agentic AI to streamline workflows and support resident service. London block management firm will use MRI Agora Orchestrator to automate high-frequency, repetitive tasks across credit control, maintenance and document processing, giving teams more time to focus on residents and clients MRI Software, a global leader in real estate software solutions and services, today announced that JAR (James Andrew Residential), a leading London block management firm supporting more than 6,500 homes, has selected MRI Agora Orchestrator, an agentic workflow orchestration solution, to automate routine operational tasks and support a more responsive service for residents and clients. As part of MRI Agora(TM), MRI's AI-powered real estate platform, Agora Orchestrator enables real estate organisations to deploy agentic workflows - sequences of steps carried out by a combination of AI agents - that understand the context behind individual situations and complete defined tasks within agreed business rules and guardrails. Human oversight remains in place wherever judgement, sensitivity or accountability is required. To support its wider investment to modernise its operating platform, JAR will use MRI Agora Orchestrator alongside its existing MRI residential solutions to support selected high-volume, time-intensive processes across its operations. The aim is to automate repetitive tasks and help routine work progress more efficiently, giving JAR's teams more time to focus on residents, clients and situations that benefit from their experience and personal involvement. The current project will focus on three agentic workflows: * Accounting Process Optimisation: Supports routine financial administration tasks and produces appropriately tailored external communications based on the information held for each case. JAR colleagues will remain responsible for sensitive, complex or exceptional circumstances where personal engagement and judgement are essential. * Maintenance response triage: Interprets and contextualises unstructured inbound requests and helps route them to the appropriate next step, reducing manual handling and enabling property teams to progress maintenance issues more efficiently. * Document and data processing: Extracts key information from documents and communications to enrich JAR's core system of record, while maintaining human review for critical compliance documentation and decisions. The initial workflows are expected to deliver meaningful operational efficiencies and support JAR's broader objective of using AI carefully and practically to improve service delivery. Based on JAR's preliminary assessment of the selected use cases, the project has the potential to generate a return on investment of approximately 250%. "Used in the right way, AI can take repetitive administration away from our teams and give them more time to focus on residents, clients and the situations where their experience and judgement really matter," said Ben Martin, Director at JAR. "We have worked with MRI to identify practical areas where the technology can support faster, more consistent service, while keeping appropriate human oversight in place." JAR's adoption of MRI Agora Orchestrator reflects a broader shift in how real estate organisations are approaching AI: moving beyond experimentation and standalone tools towards technology embedded directly into the systems, data and workflows that support day-to-day service. MRI worked with JAR to identify and validate suitable workflows, drawing on its understanding of residential property operations. "AI creates the most value when it is purposefully applied to the way a business actually operates," said Nihar Malik, Chief Innovation Officer at MRI Software. "JAR is a great example of what that looks like in practice. By combining agentic AI with the data, workflows and industry context already within its MRI environment, JAR can automate high-volume work while keeping its people focused on the situations where their expertise and judgement matter most. That is how we believe AI should support real estate organisations: not by adding another disconnected technology, but by making the systems they already rely on more intelligent and capable." MRI Agora Orchestrator enables organisations to deploy agentic workflows from a pre-built catalogue and configure them for their specific operations. The solution was launched in June alongside MRI Agora Intelligence, which delivers proactive portfolio signals and recommended actions to the people who need them. LightWork AI + MRI Software: the integration that answers every enquiry.

LightWork AI + MRI Software: the integration that answers every enquiry. LightWork Holding Ltd has partnered with MRI Software so Felicity can answer every lettings, sales and market appraisal enquiry inside the CRM your team already runs on, qualify the prospect, book the viewing and write it all back to MRI. No new system, no second database to keep in step. It's 8pm on a Sunday. A prospect finds one of your listings, calls, gets voicemail, and moves to the next agency on the portal. By Monday the enquiry is cold and no one on your team ever knew it existed. Multiply that across every evening and weekend and it is one of the largest silent costs in a lettings or sales operation. LightWork Holding Ltd built its MRI Software integration around closing exactly that gap: property management automation that meets agencies inside the system they already trust, and make sure every enquiry gets answered without asking anyone to change how they work. Felicity is an AI agent for your front line. She does the job a missed call or an overnight voicemail can't: answering every enquiry across lettings, sales and market appraisals the moment it lands, qualifying the prospect, and booking the viewing, then writing all of it back into MRI so your records keep themselves current. What MRI Software brings. MRI is one of the most established property management platforms in the UK and Ireland, used across residential and commercial portfolios to hold property data, tenancy records and financials in one place. For the agencies that run on it, it is the operational backbone they have built the business around. Two things about MRI matter for this partnership. First, its standing: MRI is one of the leading property CRMs on the market, and it runs the day-to-day for agencies across the sector. Second, its approach to integration. MRI supports a best-of-breed strategy, which means specialist tools can plug into the core platform instead of replacing it. That is exactly the kind of ecosystem Felicity is built to work in. How the LightWork x MRI integration works. Think of MRI as the record of everything happening across your portfolio, and Felicity as the team member who picks up every enquiry the moment it lands, at any hour. When a prospect calls, emails or messages, Felicity answers. She handles enquiries across lettings, sales and market appraisals, qualifies the prospect against your criteria, scores the lead, and books the viewing. Then she writes that activity straight back into MRI, so your records reflect it without anyone copying details between systems. That two-way link is the point. Felicity reads live portfolio data from MRI and updates it as she works, so there is no second database to reconcile and no manual bridging between tools. Your leasing pipeline and your property management data stay in step, and your team keeps one source of truth. She is also built to fit each agency out of the box. You set her tone, her qualifying questions, your lead scoring, and which agents cover which branch, so she works the way your team already does rather than forcing a new process on them. What Felicity delivers on the front line. This is not theory. This year, across its client agencies: 88% of calls resolved without a human stepping in. Nearly nine in ten calls are handled start to finish by Felicity. Your team is not pulled off other work to answer the phone, and nothing sits in a queue waiting for someone to be free. 91% of prospects qualified automatically. Felicity asks the questions your team would ask, chases the missing details, and hands back a complete profile ready to book. More than nine in ten prospects are qualified without anyone lifting a finger. Four in ten enquiries arrive after the office has closed. Around 40% of enquiries land between 5pm and 9am. That is the evening and weekend gap, the enquiries that used to sit in a Monday-morning queue, now answered overnight instead of lost. Take on more without hiring more. Because Felicity handles the repetitive front-line work, your existing team can absorb more enquiries, more properties and more branches without you adding headcount to keep pace. Growth stops being a staffing question and the people you have move onto the work that actually needs them. The MRI integration is what brings that capability inside the system you already run, so those results land against your live MRI data rather than in a separate tool. Why LightWork Holding Ltd partnered with MRI. MRI is trusted across the UK and Ireland's residential sector, and among the agencies running it are residential teams who would get real value from Felicity. LightWork Holding Ltd would rather meet teams where they are than ask them to tear out the systems they depend on. If you are already on MRI, better front-line performance should not come at the cost of a painful migration. Building the partnership this way gives operators a more modern leasing setup on top of the operational core they already trust. MRI is a highly respected PMS that is trusted within the UK residential market, and LightWork Holding Ltd is proud to be building inside that ecosystem. Partnering with MRI lets LightWork Holding Ltd bring its technology directly into the systems teams already rely on, so they can start seeing value faster without changing the way they work. Leonard Charlton, Co-Founder, LightWork AI Its clients are always looking for practical ways to improve efficiency without adding more complexity. Partnering with LightWork AI allows LightWork Holding Ltd to deliver exactly that; automation that fits into their existing workflows and helps teams move faster, reduce risk, and focus on higher-value work. Trevor Youens, Senior Director for Partnerships, MRI Software MRI Software integration: common questions. Which AI property management tools integrate with MRI Software? Do I need to move off MRI to use Felicity? What does Felicity actually handle? Will its data stay in sync? How much setup is involved? See how Felicity handles a live enquiry inside your MRI setup. Book a 20-minute demo and LightWork Holding Ltd will walk you through it.

MRI Software launches Agora Intelligence and Agora Orchestrator.

MRI Software launches Agora Intelligence and Agora Orchestrator. June 26, 2026 | Posted by LG Content Team The two solutions delivering AI-powered recommendations and workflow execution for Real Estate MRI Software, a global leader in real estate software and services, has announced two new solutions within MRI Agora, its AI-powered real estate platform. The first, MRI Agora Intelligence, delivers proactive portfolio signals and recommended actions to the people who need them. The second, MRI Agora Orchestrator, executes real estate-specific agentic workflows automatically, with the governance and audit trail enterprise operators require. MRI Agora is designed to help real estate teams across the commercial, residential, subsidized housing, facilities management and corporate occupier sectors globally operationalize AI safely, securely and at scale. Single platform Built on a shared real estate data foundation, it combines intelligence, workflow execution, and governance in a single platform, with every recommendation and action traceable to its source. "Organizations can apply their own rules, language, workflows, and comfort levels, while intelligence continuously surfaces opportunities for improvement and automation executes within defined guardrails. That combination of personalization, accountability, flexibility and continuous learning is why MRI Agora is more than just a platform; it's an operational advantage," explained Patrick Ghilani, CEO. MRI Software. MRI Agora Intelligence Building on the power of its predecessor, a cross-product data and analytics dashboarding solution called Agora Insights, today, MRI Agora Intelligence can monitor every workflow across leasing, finance, and operations daily, delivering role-specific briefings to each person based on their function, properties, and priorities. MRI Agora Orchestrator MRI Agora Orchestrator enables users to deploy agents from a pre-built catalog refined across the MRI client base, configure them for their specific operation, and let them run. The platform reads the context behind every situation - recognizing, for example, that a hesitant renewal signals a different response than a committed one - and executes accordingly at scale. "Every recommendation is explainable, every action is governed and traceable, and every workflow can be adapted to the way an organization operates, clients can realize exceptional value today and improve performance over time as AI continues to advance in the future," stressed Nihar Malik, Chief Innovation Officer, MRI Software.
