- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is desired, with experience substitution subject to client discretion.
- Two or three years of information technology and application development experience are required.
- One to three years of development experience with three-tier or N-tier architecture is required.
- Experience with SQL, Apache, Windows 2008 or newer, Amazon Web Services, and Microsoft Internet Information Services is required.
- Advanced skill in developing software solutions is required.

- Develop, maintain, debug, test, and implement applications and scripts.
