Requirements
  • Recent practical experience in an operating room is required.
  • Must be fully available for on-call shifts.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a personal automobile to respond promptly to on-call requests.
Responsibilities
  • Perform the duties of a scrub nurse and circulating nurse during surgical procedures.
  • Prepare the operating room and sterile equipment, and ensure strict compliance with asepsis rules.
  • Assess and monitor patients' clinical condition during the preoperative and intraoperative phases.
  • Provide operating-room on-call coverage outside regular hours to respond to surgical emergencies.
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technicians.
