Requirements
  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Responsibilities
  • Provide information by phone about resort services and activities, make sales, and take reservations for lift tickets, rentals, and lessons.
  • Field calls, take group reservations, and assist the Sales Office with sales activities such as mailings, guest services, and special events as needed.
  • Input data and maintain database entries daily.
  • Keep abreast of the resort's departmental activities, including rates, rentals, lessons, and events.
  • Participate in job sharing, help maintain resort cleanliness and guest and employee safety, participate in safety meetings, and accept diverse assignments.
  • Meet service-level objectives and department goals set by the immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in internal and external interactions.
