Requirements
  • An undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, commerce, business, statistics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or another related area is required.
  • Candidates must be graduating by Summer 2027 or already graduated.
  • Candidates must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 80% or 3.7/4.0.
  • Candidates must demonstrate interest in investment banking through extracurricular activities, internships, or competitions.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, public-private partnerships, and principal investments.
  • Develop complex financial models for infrastructure transactions, including using macros and Visual Basic for Applications programming.
  • Assist in managing due diligence processes, including managing third-party advisors.
  • Develop asset valuations using a variety of approaches.
  • Prepare client presentations and actively participate in discussions.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities and manage existing investments.
  • Research potential investment banking opportunities and provide research on target companies, sectors, industries, and geographies.
  • Maintain marketing materials for the firm, including creating pitch decks for potential clients.
  • Work beyond a normal workday or workweek when required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
