Responsibilities
  • Perform advance technical and functional resolution or workaround to mitigate or restore warehouse service disruptions
  • Provide technical recommendations and solutions for advanced issues to ensure those issues are addressed and resolved within business Service Level Agreements
  • Responsible for programming technical solutions with SQL and PL/SQL
  • Use database management systems to complete complex SQL and PL/SQL queries against large databases to perform data analysis
  • Aid in performing functional, technical configuration and system/application analysis
  • Tackle issues impacting the flow of data and messages between warehouse management system, warehouse control system and ERP host systems to mitigate impact to the DC operations flow
  • Collaborate and coordinate with multi-functional tech teams in support of changes and additions to the WMOS Production support team portfolio
  • Support server logs research and perform SQL scripting for solving issues or data analysis
  • Develop SQL statements to create alerts and implement systemic workarounds for impactful issues
  • Consult with vendors to support the development and design of production system bug fixes
  • Participate in new product or service documentation, design and development concerning warehouse technologies
