About the company

Pearl West acquires, builds, and scales consumer brands by partnering with them at key inflection points such as founder transitions, rapid scaling, or operational resets. The firm manages a portfolio that includes both brands it acquires and brands it has built from scratch, all supported by an in-house infrastructure and a team of operators who combine finance, creativity, product development, supply chain, consumer insight, and omnichannel growth. Their approach blends analytical rigor with startup energy, led by leaders from marketing, M&A, brand strategy, and omnichannel growth, focused on execution. They differentiate themselves through hands-on operational support across the business, a portfolio that includes both acquired and built brands, and a relentless emphasis on speed, testing, momentum, and continuous improvement. The goal is to grow a portfolio of high-performing consumer packaged goods brands by accelerating growth and turning momentum into lasting scale.
