About the job
- Two to three years of professional experience in Python development, with a strong focus on Django.
- Experience developing RESTful application programming interfaces using Django REST Framework.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
- Strong understanding of object-relational mapping, database design, and optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous processing using Celery and task queues.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens or OAuth.
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understand client needs and implement the corresponding functional requirements.
- Help design the software.
- Build efficient back-end features in Python and Django.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components into the application.
- Supervise software testing and ensure bugs are fixed.
- Develop technical reports for the software.
- Implement designs in code by collaborating with user experience and user interface designers.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the software's functioning.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
