Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Customer Success software
  • Excellent English language skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the overall health and success of a portfolio of customers
  • Partners with the Account Management team to develop the overall account plan and strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Responsible for driving retention and expansion of customers
  • Drive Customer Success best practices
  • Proactive outreach to customers within their portfolio
  • Proactive and reactive response to identified risks
  • Acts as a point of escalation and resolution for customer issues
  • Represent customers to key stakeholders
  • Works cross-functionally with various teams
  • Demonstrates use of Cision software to drive adoption
  • Performs other duties as required
