Requirements
  • Have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or demand generation, including at least 2 years in an enterprise, sales-led motion with six-figure annual contract values, long sales cycles, and no self-serve model.
  • Have high-growth scaleup experience marketing to enterprise buyers and building demand programs while creating structure without slowing execution.
  • Demonstrate a track record of sourced pipeline, increased demo volume, and improved customer acquisition cost with specific measurable results.
  • Have hands-on account-based marketing experience targeting a narrow, senior buyer set.
  • Have working command of marketing automation such as HubSpot, customer relationship management systems, paid platforms especially LinkedIn Ads, search engine optimization tooling, and web analytics.
  • Understand search engine optimization and answer engine optimization, including how buyers find answers through search engines and artificial intelligence assistants.
  • Have strong writing skills suitable for a legally sophisticated, high-scrutiny audience.
  • Be based in New York or willing to relocate; the role is in-office in New York City.
  • Have an AI-first mindset and be prepared to build workflows with AI agents as part of the working team.
Responsibilities
  • Own the demand generation engine end to end, including paid campaigns, email nurture, webinars, and campaign execution that drives demo bookings.
  • Build and run account-based marketing programs targeting Am Law 100 and Am Law 200 firms and Fortune 500 in-house intellectual property teams.
  • Own search engine optimization and answer engine optimization execution, including keyword strategy, contractor content briefs, technical health, and visibility in AI answer engines.
  • Build the measurement layer, including attribution, funnel reporting, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution by channel.
  • Run experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria, turn winning experiments into repeatable documented programs, and discontinue unsuccessful experiments.
  • Turn case studies and proof points into conversion assets such as landing pages, email sequences, and event follow-up.
  • Partner with sales on lead handoff, follow-up service-level agreements, and feedback loops to improve pipeline quality.
  • Collaborate with events marketing and the broader go-to-market team so campaigns, events, and sales plays operate as one coordinated motion.
  • Complete an audit of existing channels and data during the first 10 days.
  • Scope the measurement foundation and design initial experiments with hypotheses, budgets, and success criteria during the first 20 days.
  • Launch measurement, initial account-based marketing and paid experiments, and the search engine optimization and answer engine optimization roadmap within the first 30 days.
  • Evaluate early signals, expand effective approaches, discontinue ineffective ones, and attribute initial demos to owned programs within the first 60 days.
  • Operate repeatable programs with clear channel attribution, grow demo pipeline, and produce a sales-supported forecast for the next quarter within the first 90 days.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in legal technology, fintech, or another regulated or high-scrutiny industry.
  • Early-stage experience building programs from zero rather than optimizing mature programs.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • $40 million Series B closed April 8, 2026, led by SignalFire.
  • Patlytics announced 20x ARR growth and 18x customer expansion in six months.
  • August 2026 Agent launch deepens product lock-in and shows enterprise-facing momentum.

What critics are saying

  • Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and Harvey can bundle similar workflows into existing contracts by 2027.
  • Patent outputs face high-liability error costs; one bad claim chart damages trust immediately.
  • If law firms stop mandating Patlytics, the platform loses network effects and growth stalls.

What makes Patlytics unique

  • Patlytics ships AI-native patent workflows end-to-end, not a retrofitted database.
  • RPX integrated Patlytics in February 2026, linking litigation, assignments, and prosecution data.
  • Agent adds patent-specific reasoning, turning filings and reports into client-ready work products.
