Requirements
  • Three to five years of demonstrated experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Supervisor, or a satisfactory combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated competence in leadership and program management.
  • Relevant clinical experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in an allied field.
  • A Master's degree in an allied field or a Master of Public Health degree.
  • Experience handling sensitive data.
  • Database and computer experience.
  • Extensive computer knowledge.
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and employees while interacting professionally and courteously.
  • Contribute to and participate in the assigned department's Performance and Quality Improvement activities, including data collection, analysis, risk management, claims activities, Continuous Quality Improvement teams, and compliance with safety, security, infection control, and patient service policies.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Gilead project, including the project timeline, project goals, case management meetings, and liaison with hospital clinical leadership.
  • Provide project leadership through ideation and work-plan implementation.
  • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance, monitoring, and recording of patients' medical records, follow-up, and laboratory data.
  • Collaborate with teams on adjustments to management communications, evaluations, planning, and monitoring.
  • Develop and present recommendations and resolutions to program problems to support smooth operation of the multidisciplinary department management team.
  • Evaluate the program with assistance from the Department's Data and Research Analyst, including interim check-ins and a final evaluation, and develop posters and publications for dissemination.
  • Create and revise program policies and procedures.
  • Ensure and account for peer counselor activities as they relate to grant goals.
