- Act as a liaison between product development and sales teams, fostering effective communication and understanding of the product
- Support to sales through the development of pitch decks, battle cards, and other relevant materials
- Create compelling and effective collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, product videos, and web content
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure successful product launches with a clear and cohesive marketing plan
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with customers to develop case studies, testimonials, and references that support marketing and sales efforts
- Establish, track, and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
- Help dictate content marketing priorities and direction
