LSA and Eclipse Scheduling partner to deliver on-demand interpretation in 300+ languages

Language Services Associates (LSA) and Eclipse Scheduling have partnered to integrate LSA's on-demand interpretation services into the Eclipse platform. The integration allows organisations using Eclipse to access LSA's Over the Phone Interpretation and Video Remote Interpretation services in more than 300 languages directly within their existing workflows. Eclipse's system prioritises requests to an organisation's existing interpreter roster first, using external on-demand resources only when additional support is needed. The platform serves healthcare providers, government agencies, legal organisations, and other service-focused institutions. Later this year, Eclipse will extend the platform to project-based services, including translation, localisation, and media. LSA, established in 1991, operates a network of over 7,000 vetted linguists. Eclipse Scheduling is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA compliant.
