- A diploma in management, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent command of computer tools and accounting-management software such as Axonaut and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and meet deadlines.

- Collect, organize, and archive accounting documents.
- Manage value-added tax, including preparing and submitting tax declarations.
- Follow up on customer payments using Axonaut.
- Collaborate with the accounting firm on specific files.
- Create and manage customer invoices and monitor their payment.
- Prepare and transmit commercial contracts using DocuSign.
- Track activity reports for freelancers.
- Manage purchase orders and monitor their execution.
- Administer employee leave and absences.
- Participate in recruitment by publishing job offers, screening resumes, and organizing interviews.
- Draft, format, and process electronic communications and correspondence.
- Manage incoming telephone calls and general correspondence.
- Handle various ad hoc administrative tasks according to the specific needs of the management team.
- Prior experience in a similar position, ideally in a digital services company.
- A strong interest in teamwork.
