Hera Women's Health creates a national network of women’s health practices by acting as a practice consolidator. It partners with OB-GYN and maternal-fetal medicine providers, allowing them to maintain clinical autonomy while receiving back-office support, better payor contracts, and shared resources. The company uses a scalable, data-driven partnership model that standardizes care through technology, data collection, and evidence-based clinical protocols so practices can reduce operating costs and complications and improve patient outcomes. Hera differentiates itself by combining network-scale collaboration with centralized administration and contract leverage, enabling providers to operate more efficiently while delivering consistent, higher-quality care. Its goal is to improve healthcare for women and babies at a national level by lowering costs and enhancing clinical results through a unified, data-informed approach.
