Junior Associate Director - Nexus, Client Delivery
About the job
- A university degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field.
- Working experience in financial services, such as Accounting, Audit, or Fund Services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Provide a full range of fund accounting services to private equity and hedge fund clients, including NAV preparation, booking accruals, security pricing, and cash and security position reconciliations.
- Prepare portfolio pricing, ensuring holdings are priced in accordance with applicable fund documents and valuation policies.
- Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and allocations.
- Prepare fee schedules, including management fee and waterfall calculations, ensuring they comply with applicable fund documents.
- Prepare investor allocations for each NAV cycle, ensuring capital transactions are booked correctly and profit and loss is allocated correctly.
- Prepare NAV packages and other ad hoc deliverables as defined in service level agreements.
- Complete other ad hoc requests and projects.
- Communicate with internal MUFG teams and external clients to ensure deliverables and requests are met.
- Prepare or assist with audited financial statements, audit assistance, and other regulatory services, as applicable.
- A professional designation such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA is an asset.
- Some supervisory experience is desirable.
