Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategy and operations roles, including at least 3 years at a top-tier strategy firm such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG, or within a Big 4 strategy practice, leading go-to-market and commercial excellence programs.
  • Regularly engage with C-level executives, provide strategic counsel, and build trusted relationships at senior organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in revenue operations technology, including customer relationship management, content management systems, account-based marketing, and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to optimize revenue operations and customer success strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales, Salesforce, and the sales software-as-a-service and artificial intelligence technology domain.
  • Ability to balance strategic framing with hands-on execution in changing environments.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver outcome-focused pre-sales demonstrations aligned with customer priorities.
  • Lead technical discovery to assess workflow fit and data feasibility and identify opportunities for expansion through increased platform adoption.
  • Retain existing customers and expand accounts by delivering tailored business solutions that enhance sales pipelines and account intelligence.
  • Partner with customers and Applied AI to transition from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Work with Agent Builders to deploy agentic workflows and lead go-live readiness, including quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and enablement for new customers in alignment with their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers and Product and Engineering teams to identify agentic patterns that improve go-to-market productivity.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and adoption to secure renewals and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans containing stakeholder maps, expansion roadmaps, and mutual success plans aligned with Salesforce's internal priorities.
  • Orchestrate co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with Salesforce's independent software vendor partnership and AppExchange teams to generate joint pipeline.
  • Identify workflow expansion opportunities and drive demand-generation efforts.
  • Assist customers in selecting workflows that maximize go-to-market productivity.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders to establish a network of customer champions.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess progress and align strategies with customer goals.
  • Serve as the account-management point of contact to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Monitor net retention, account consumption, and account relationship health.
