A high school diploma or equivalent.
Clear communication skills and an interest in working with children.
Ability to assist clients with the physical parts of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
Experience working with children is welcome.
Registered Behavior Technician certification is preferred but not required to apply for a Behavior Technician position.
Responsibilities
Follow individualized behavior plans during one-to-one sessions.
Help clients practice communication, daily living, and personal care skills, which may include toileting and hygiene.
Record accurate progress data and share updates with the clinical team.
Communicate professionally with families and team members.
Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.
Provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients’ homes and at the clinic.
Desired Qualifications
Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Experience in childcare, education, direct support, or a related field.

Help children with autism and other developmental disabilities build communication, daily living, and other skills that matter to them and their families. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you’ll provide one-to-one ABA services with training and support from experienced clinical leaders.
