Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • 7+ years of broad regulatory investigations and/or litigation experience at a top-tier law firm
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and advise on litigation risk
  • Experience interviewing and/or deposing individuals in both fact finding and adversarial settings
  • Exposure to complex regulatory and/or white-collar investigations
  • Ability to travel for hearings, witness interviews, depositions, trial, and other events as needed
Responsibilities
  • Managing offensive and defensive investigations, government inquiries and regulatory investigations, litigation, and pre-litigation matters
  • Identifying, assessing, and managing litigation risk in all aspects of the company’s business
  • Advising business stakeholders on litigation risk prevention and mitigation
  • Serving as a liaison with government investigators and other personnel as needed
  • Presenting lessons learned from investigations and litigations and working with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate risk for the company
