  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity
  • Proven track record of leading successful M&A transactions and strategic partnerships
  • Strong financial acumen and modeling skills
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to operate tactically and manage multiple priorities
  • Leadership experience and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
  • Presentation skills to support planning cycles and leadership meetings
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute corporate development strategies in alignment with the company’s strategic plan
  • Identify new business opportunities including M&A targets, joint ventures, partnerships, and other growth initiatives
  • Lead the end-to-end M&A process: sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal negotiation, execution, and integration
  • Build and manage deal pipelines, relationships with investment bankers, VCs/PE firms, and advisors
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analyses
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with potential partners to enhance business capabilities or market reach
  • Structure and negotiate strategic partnership agreements and investments
  • Track industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform corporate strategy
  • Provide insight and recommendations to the executive team based on market analysis
  • Partner with legal, finance, operations, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and integration of deals
  • Lead post-merger integration planning and execution
