- Troubleshoot Mac OS and Windows system issues.
- Provide internal IT technical support.
- Set up accounts and access permissions for new employees or additional requests.
- Test new technologies, including software, systems, and equipment.
- Compare equipment options for procurement.
- Manage equipment assets.
