About the Role:
We are seeking a resourceful and highly organized Associate Director, Creative Services to oversee our small but impactful creative studio team, prioritize a broad range of design projects, and assign work both to our in-house team as well as external freelancers, specialists, and agencies. This role will be pivotal in managing the delivery of exceptional creative outputs across digital and print channels while ensuring that every asset aligns with brand standards and supports business goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in both leadership and project management, with a passion for creative innovation and operational excellence.

In addition, you’ll manage relationships with external agencies and freelancers, ensuring their efforts align with internal priorities and creative strategies. This role requires a balance of creativity and practicality — someone who can see the big picture while also managing the details to ensure flawless execution.
Whether you’re mentoring designers, troubleshooting production challenges, or collaborating with stakeholders across product, marketing, and business functions, you’ll play a vital role in driving the brand’s creative vision forward. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and staying on top of design trends, all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Ensure all creative deliverables, including digital and print materials, are produced and shipped according to project timelines, budgets, and specifications
- Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative efforts with company-wide campaigns and strategic goals
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery
- Be hands-on with design when needed, especially during busy periods, assisting with design/artworking tasks and ensuring deadlines are met with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Uphold TodayTix’s brand voice, look, and feel, ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand standards and guidelines
- Gather input and feedback from internal stakeholders, translating their requirements into creative solutions that meet business objectives
- Balance multiple projects, ensuring the team’s workload is manageable while meeting external production deadlines
- Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team inspired and position TodayTix as a creative leader in the industry
