Requirements
  • Proven experience project overseeing creative teams and people management experience
  • A Design background is preferred

Responsibilities
  • Lead our in-house design team to ensure top-tier creative outputs
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow of the creative services team, ensuring timely, high-quality asset delivery within scope and brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with agencies, consultants, and freelancers as needed, ensuring their efforts align with TodayTix’s creative strategy and brand identity
  • Ensure all creative deliverables, including digital and print materials, are produced and shipped according to project timelines, budgets, and specifications
  • Partner with marketing, product, and business teams to align creative efforts with company-wide campaigns and strategic goals
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient workflows and on-time delivery
  • Be hands-on with design when needed, especially during busy periods, assisting with design/artworking tasks and ensuring deadlines are met with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Uphold TodayTix's brand voice, look, and feel, ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand standards and guidelines
  • Gather input and feedback from internal stakeholders, translating their requirements into creative solutions that meet business objectives
  • Balance multiple projects, ensuring the team’s workload is manageable while meeting external production deadlines
  • Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep the team inspired and position TodayTix as a creative leader in the industry
