CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily Inputs (VSimple Production reports / Tanks order transfers / Beginning of the shift tiered accountability (TA) meeting)
Work with water and chemicals
Schedule / forecast daily production.
Maintain, train all assigned direct reports on safety, quality and job tasks. (10) Direct reports.
Weekly / monthly call’s and follow up as required.
Weekly. Monthly, quarterly tasks (Bacteria, capacity testing, resin analysis etc...
Standard ISO / SOP policies
Some sipping and receiving and warehouse organization.
Learn the plant operations (how to regenerate operate the plant)
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to perform hiring, coaching, discipline
Communicate, adhere, and enforce company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management field or 5 years of manufacturing leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Leadership and Supervisor skills - team building and coaching
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes
Knowledge of water chemistry desired
Strong mechanical / service background of water treatment and purification is desired.
Fork truck / warehouse experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product and use of computer applications
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing process flow, 5S, inventory reduction and Value Stream Mapping
Strong background in ISO 9001:2015 would be preferred
Valid Drivers license
