Senior Management Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you support architecture and delivery efforts across modernization and 
transformation programs. You apply strong technical expertise, collaborate with cross-functional teams, 
and ensure high‑quality execution of solution designs. At this level, you operate with increasing autonomy 
while contributing to delivery excellence, reusable frameworks, and client value.

Responsibilities:
• Support solution architecture across modernization projects, ensuring alignment with technical 
standards and business goals.
• Translate high‑level architecture guidance into actionable delivery tasks and implementation plans.
• Work across App Innovation, Cloud Platform, and Data & AI teams to integrate components into 
cohesive solutions.
• Execute delivery frameworks, code standards, and reusable patterns that strengthen project 
consistency.
• Conduct design reviews, technical validation, and quality checks within delivery teams.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers, promoting technical development and delivery best 
practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve delivery challenges, including integration, performance, and scalability 
issues. 
• Apply current Azure technologies and Microsoft frameworks to optimize solutions for maintainability, 
performance, and cost efficiency. 
• Participate in presales activities by contributing technical estimates, delivery plans, and solution 
insights.
• Manage workload and commitments to meet utilization goals while maintaining architectural quality 
across engagements.
• Invests in internal thought leadership, culture of feedback, knowledge-sharing, and/or Intellectual 
Property development opportunities, including communities of practice and internal initiatives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (or 
equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of relevant consulting or engineering experience with Azure delivery.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to contribute independently across most 
areas of AI solution delivery.
• Proficiency across most of the following areas:
• Agents & Orchestration – leveraging Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar frameworks to 
design intelligent workflows; applying tool/function calling, planner and agent-based patterns, and 
workflow automation engines.
• Search & Retrieval – implementing solutions with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, 
Pinecone, FAISS, or Milvus; applying hybrid search methods, re-ranking strategies, and selecting 
embedding models for accuracy and performance.
• Evaluation, Quality & LLM Operations – establishing offline and online evaluation approaches; 
using golden datasets, hallucination and groundedness validation, toxicity and safety testing;

building telemetry and feedback loops; managing monitoring, deployment pipelines, and ongoing 
optimization of large language models.
• Responsible AI, Security & Privacy – incorporating practices such as threat modeling, privacy 
reviews, data minimization, safety guardrails, policy enforcement, auditability, and model risk 
management in line with GDPR and organizational standards.
• AI Platforms & Data Foundations – applying hands-on experience with Azure AI services, 
Databricks, Azure OpenAI, and related modern data platforms.
• Cloud Engineering – designing with APIs, containers, microservices, and DevOps pipelines to 
deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Data Integration & Governance – developing and managing data pipelines; applying quality 
controls, metadata practices, and master data management approaches.
• Analytics & Visualization – delivering insights with Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Proficiency with modern development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
• Demonstrated ability to implement technical designs and support delivery across modernization 
programs.
• Strong technical foundation in one Azure domain (Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & 
AI).
• Experience collaborating across technical teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
• Recognized for strong delivery execution, technical ownership, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments is a plus.
