  • 5+ years as a Brand or Visual Designer with some in-house experiences
  • Experience with Webflow development (nice to have)
  • A can-do and proactive attitude when faced with ambiguous challenges
  • Ability to strongly articulate design decisions and listen to feedback
Responsibilities
  • Create templates and assets for various marketing channels, such as social media, emails, presentations, ads, and more.
  • Bespoke images for blog posts on Outperform
  • Event and internal collaterals, such as printed banners, socks, shirts, etc.
  • Landing pages for product launches, such as Feature Flagging
  • Proactively up-level our craft and processes to ensure that work is impactful, tracked, and completed on-time with quality.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product Designers to gather feedback and prioritize your work.
  • Maintain and develop our Webflow site (if capable)
