Requirements
  • A university degree or college diploma in any discipline.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong interest in sales.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A positive, results-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and grow continuously, strong work ethic, and high integrity.
Responsibilities
  • Progress through a four-phase development program covering shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and related business functions.
  • Follow warehouse procedures, handle shipping and receiving, and support counter-based customer transactions.
  • Resolve customer problems, build relationships with customers and vendors, and provide customer service.
  • Develop business opportunities, source sales, expand the customer base, and create strong customer partnerships.
  • Develop leadership competencies, support the team through coaching and mentoring, and help set organizational vision and strategy.
