Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and initiatives to maximize market penetration and increase customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.
  • Understand their business needs and pain points, and position our BRB order-to-cash software and digital payments solutions as the ideal solution to address those needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and take proactive measures to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Leverage this knowledge to develop strategies and tactics that differentiate our offerings and position us as the preferred choice in the market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and synergy in delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
