Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience designing, developing, and managing databases, data warehouses, and business intelligence environments is required.
  • A minimum of five years of advanced SQL development experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental staff, technical contractors, and technology vendors to design, implement, maintain, and enhance the enterprise data warehouse, data architecture, data mining, data cleansing, and associated data pipelines.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, security, and governance across reporting environments.
  • Monitor and optimize database performance and data warehouse operations.
  • Maintain documentation of data structures, business rules, data definitions, and reporting logic.
  • Expand data aggregation to integrate disparate HRIS, billing, finance, reporting, and dashboard systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of organizational data systems, including Netsmart myEvolv, REDCap, and other business applications.
  • Design, develop, and manage data structures, databases, data warehouses, and reporting environments.
  • Develop and implement data governance standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform data mining, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues and system inconsistencies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for reporting and analytics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations.
  • Develop, automate, and maintain reports and reporting solutions from single and multiple data sources.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, meaningful, and aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems.
  • Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions with information systems leadership.
  • Support upgrades, system enhancements, and implementation projects related to data management and reporting.
  • Translate raw electronic health record data into structured, analysis-ready datasets for research, evaluation, and operational use.
  • Collaborate with Research and Evaluation staff to develop analytical datasets and conduct statistical and descriptive analyses.
  • Support program evaluation through data preparation, validation, interpretation, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify reporting needs and business challenges.
  • Assist departments in defining requirements, documenting processes, and developing data-driven solutions.
  • Support quality improvement, compliance, accreditation, and performance management initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic planning related to enterprise data management and analytics.
  • Monitor emerging technologies and recommend enhancements to reporting and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Train and support end users in accessing, interpreting, and utilizing reports and dashboards.
  • Develop documentation, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience within healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or nonprofit organizations is preferred.
  • Experience with Netsmart myEvolv Electronic Health Record is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare reporting requirements, and data privacy regulations is preferred.

Casa Esperanza provides behavioral health services for the Latine community in Massachusetts, including residential treatment for substance use, outpatient clinics, and 37 units of sober, affordable housing, all at no cost to clients. Its CasaCare model combines behavioral health and primary care to offer coordinated, integrated services, with programs like the Men's Program and the Latinas y Niños Center that allow mothers with young children to live on-site during treatment, plus telehealth through a CARF-accredited outpatient clinic. The organization distinguishes itself as one of the first bilingual, bicultural residential programs in the state and by offering a no-cost, no-denial policy, a broad continuum of care, and family-reunification support. Its goal is to reduce substance use and trauma-related health issues while helping clients achieve stable recovery, improve mental health, and re-enter society with housing and community resources.
