Requirements
  • At least 5 years of marketing operations experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment
  • Deep knowledge and hands on experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, ideally Marketo and Salesforce
  • Some prior experience in developing emails, and familiarity with HTML and CSS
  • Strong analytical skills and prior experience reporting out to stakeholders, familiarity with Tableau and SQL ideal
  • Detail-oriented, a self-starter, able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and able to collaborate effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
  • Basic literacy in French or Spanish
Responsibilities
  • Lead development and execution of high-quality ad hoc and automated programs in Marketo
  • Segment lead database to build targeted audiences for promotional activities, ensuring partitions are in place to separate co-marketing leads from partner contacts
  • Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and lead flow for partner-sourced leads and proactively raise concerns or flag opportunities for improvement
  • Report on campaign performance to identify relevant trends, provide recommendations for ongoing optimization and drive implementation
  • Proactively meet with partner teams to understand campaign plans and provide guidance on digital marketing best practices and automation capabilities
  • Manage projects effectively, identify and escalate any potential campaign conflicts
  • Stay informed about the latest compliance and legal developments in email marketing and ensure adherence
