Requirements
  • At least four years of experience working with the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol networking environment, with familiarity with Domain Name Services, Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Frame Relay, and related technologies.
  • High familiarity with networking technologies and the ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including network outages, switch failures, network performance, network interface cards, cabling, and Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol configuration.
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Wide Area Network technologies, including routers.
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional Cloud certification.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Good vision and hearing capabilities.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain acceptable reference and background check results.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the entire Network Engineering Team.
  • Respond to trouble tickets from the Help Desk automated trouble ticketing system.
  • Perform network-related hardware and software system administration functions, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes, to ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability.
