About the Role

What You Bring
Industry Knowledge: Experience in human services, nonprofit organizations, community-based programs, intellectual and developmental disability services, behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or commercial insurance serving human services clients is preferred.
Education and Work Experience: Associate degree (AA) or four to six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
Current or obtain Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License within 2 months of hire date.
Requires current Colorado driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Compensation: Starting salary for this exempt position is $65,000–$75,000 annually plus commissions on new business. Starting pay may exceed this range for well-qualified candidates, particularly those with manufacturing industry expertise and established business relationships.
