Position Overview

Hatalom is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide organizational, administrative, and clerical support to Marine Corps University (MCU) and Education Command leadership. This position supports daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and serving as a key administrative resource for staff and stakeholders.This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and leadership.

• Coordinate meetings, briefings, events, and associated logistics.

• Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and records.

• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain organizational databases and perform data entry activities.

• Monitor office supply inventories and coordinate procurement activities.

• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties, including document management and distribution.

• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience providing administrative, clerical, or executive support services.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

• Experience supporting senior military or government leadership.

• Experience with records management, travel coordination, and event planning.

• Experience working in a Department of Defense or military environment.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Active Secret clearance (Tier 3 Investigation) required.
