Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience providing administrative, clerical, or executive support services is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance with a Tier 3 Investigation are required.
Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, events, and associated logistics.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Maintain physical and electronic filing systems and records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organizational databases and perform data entry activities.
  • Monitor office supply inventories and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Perform routine administrative and clerical duties, including document management and distribution.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience supporting senior military or government leadership is preferred.
  • Experience with records management, travel coordination, and event planning is preferred.
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense or military environment is preferred.
