  • Develop your team's data fluency and equip them for data-driven decision making
  • Instill strong user research skills in your team
  • Foster a design-centric culture and optimize collaboration between PMs and designers
  • Develop career development plans for direct reports, focusing on skill building and career growth within and outside the team
  • Make critical trade-off decisions between projects to maximize value delivered
  • Identify creative ways to improve team efficiency and deliver projects more effectively
  • Utilize data to set, communicate goals, uncover opportunities, and build investment cases
  • Conduct client and user research to inform product roadmaps, assess impact, and guide product iteration for maximum customer value
  • Define clear team focus, investment narratives, and expected outcomes for the company
  • Contribute strategically at the company level and articulate the value of team investments
