Requirements
  • Five to ten years of experience in sales or enterprise account management, ideally selling technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to develop account strategies, identify business opportunities, and advance deals from discovery through signing.
  • Ability to discuss operational issues with executive teams and translate technology product capabilities into concrete benefits.
  • Strong relationship-building and listening skills, with the ability to establish long-term trusted relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written French and English.
  • A Class 5 driver's licence and availability to meet clients.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the solution with enterprise accounts and existing customers.
  • Build relationships with executives, operations leaders, and other stakeholders involved in purchasing decisions.
  • Meet clients to understand their call-management processes, identify needs, and demonstrate how the solution can integrate into their operations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying business opportunities through negotiation and closing agreements.
  • Develop proposals tailored to each organization and clearly present the solution's operational value.
  • Collaborate with product, deployment, and customer success teams to facilitate implementation and drive adoption.
  • Track initiative results, share market feedback, and contribute to evolving the commercial approach.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare or knowledge of how medical clinics operate in Quebec.
  • Experience commercializing artificial intelligence, automation, or telephony solutions.
  • Experience working with clinic networks or multi-site organizations.
