  • At least 1 year of experience with banking products.
  • Experience with PyME products for 18 months is preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis.
  • Knowledge of simple credit analysis.
  • Experience placing financial products and serving PyME clients.
  • A completed bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Address all customer service, contracting, maintenance, post-sale, and operational requirements.
  • Provide customers with the operational advice and support needed to deliver high-quality service and meet objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely fulfillment of requests involving operation, installation, follow-up, and contracting of PyME products.
  • Handle credit operations and coordinate with central departments to improve customer response times.
  • Administer and/or control customers’ credit files.
  • Propose strategies and actions to improve the administrative, operational, and accounting control of the PyME Center, promoting profitability and financial soundness.
  • Advise customers and the open market on services.
  • Prepare credit analyses for authorization.
  • Analyze companies’ financial documents to assess their current situation.
  • Compile and control credit files and follow them through credit formalization.
  • Review credit bureau reports and analyze information to generate prequalification.
  • Follow up on authorizations, socioeconomic studies, and telephone validations.
