Requirements
  • The candidate must have 5-8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related role.
  • The candidate must have a strong background analyzing paid media performance across platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, and television media.
  • The candidate must be proficient with analytics and data tools including SQL, Python or R, and business intelligence platforms.
  • The candidate must have expertise in marketing mix modeling, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience.
  • The role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM Optional Practical Training.
  • U.S. work authorization information must be truthful during the application process.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement across paid media, Amazon, and retail channels.
  • Lead and establish best practices for marketing measurement, including marketing mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and incrementality testing.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting that track key performance indicators such as return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, incrementality, and funnel performance.
  • Partner closely with the Growth team to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing budgets.
  • Analyze customer acquisition trends by channel, cohort, and product to inform growth strategy.
  • Provide clear recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and best practices across marketing analytics methodologies.

  • Experience working in direct-to-consumer, omnichannel, or a digitally native brand is preferred.
