Requirements
Previous sales experience or a track record of consistently meeting goals is required.
One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills are preferred.
Confidence in making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations is preferred.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and apply coaching is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills are preferred.
A Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license is a plus, or willingness to obtain required licensing.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Responsibilities
Learn to generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies.
Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Support sales and cross-sales of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance policies.
Build and nurture client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews.
Work toward individual sales goals to support agency growth.
Become familiar with insurance products, services, and compliance requirements.
Use customer relationship management tools to manage leads and follow-ups and monitor policy renewals.
Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and strategy sessions.
Desired Qualifications
A Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license is a plus.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
