KeeperPAM strengthens privileged access management for global construction SaaS provider Asite.

KeeperPAM strengthens privileged access management for global construction SaaS provider Asite. Keeper Security has announced that UK-based construction technology provider Asite has deployed KeeperPAM(R) to strengthen privileged access management, secrets governance and credential security across its global operations. The deployment, detailed in a newly published customer case study, sees Asite replace a collection of legacy privileged access and secrets management tools with Keeper's unified, cloud-native platform as it looks to improve visibility, simplify administration and better secure access across its international infrastructure. Asite provides cloud-based collaboration software for the construction industry, helping organisations manage projects ranging from digital twins and 3D models to document control and supplier collaboration. With more than 500 employees and data centres spanning nine global locations, the company required a more consistent approach to managing privileged accounts, passwords and machine identities. According to the case study, Asite was looking to overcome the limitations of browser-based password managers alongside legacy privileged access management (PAM) and secrets management tools, which it found expensive and complex to maintain. The company also needed to securely extend privileged access controls to third-party suppliers and external partners working on customer projects. "The deployment of KeeperPAM was extremely easy, one of the best in my experience," said Tiago Rosado, Chief Information Security Officer at Asite. "I wish other tools were as easy to deploy." As part of the rollout, Asite standardised password management across its workforce using Keeper's platform, replacing browser-based password managers with centrally managed credential controls. The organisation also implemented Keeper BreachWatch to identify compromised credentials exposed on the dark web, while Keeper Secrets Manager automated the creation and rotation of secrets and encryption keys, reducing reliance on long-lived credentials. Keeper said the deployment reflects a broader challenge facing organisations managing privileged access across distributed IT environments. Its 2026 research found that 34% of UK employees reuse passwords across multiple accounts, while 36% of UK respondents said enforcing strong password and credential practices remains either extremely or very challenging for IT and security teams. The vendor positions KeeperPAM as a unified, cloud-native platform that combines enterprise password management, secrets management, privileged session management, endpoint privilege management, secure remote access and dark web monitoring within a single zero-trust architecture. "Privileged access management has become a critical control layer for any organisation operating across distributed infrastructure and third-party ecosystems," said Darren Guccione, CEO and Co-founder of Keeper Security. "Asite's deployment of KeeperPAM demonstrates how organisations can move from fragmented, costly legacy tools to a unified platform that enforces least-privilege access, automates provisioning and delivers the visibility their security team needs, without the complexity that has historically made PAM difficult to scale." The full customer case study is available on the Keeper Security website.

CDE Sync for Asite.

CDE Sync for Asite. Connecting Asite to every major CDE platform. Asite is a cloud-based Common Data Environment used across a wide range of international infrastructure, transport, energy, and building programmes. Its document management, workflow, and collaboration capabilities make it a strong choice for organisations managing complex, multi-party project environments, particularly across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and internationally. On large programmes, Asite rarely operates in isolation. Contractors, consultants, and supply chain partners often work across Autodesk, Bentley, Aconex, and other platforms, creating a need for reliable, automated integration between Asite and the broader project CDE ecosystem. CDE Sync by Utopia Digital provides that integration. It automates the bidirectional synchronisation of files, metadata, and version control between Asite and every other major CDE platform, in real time, without manual file transfers or metadata reformatting between systems. * Asite integrated with Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, and Forma Autodesk platforms are widely used for design coordination and model management on programmes where Asite handles document control and project collaboration. CDE Sync connects the two environments, synchronising models, documents, and metadata automatically so that design teams in Autodesk and project teams in Asite are always working from a consistent, current project record. * Asite integrated with Bentley ProjectWise On infrastructure programmes where Bentley ProjectWise serves as the engineering data repository and Asite manages project collaboration and document workflows, CDE Sync bridges the two platforms. CDE Sync for Oracle Aconex.

CDE Sync for Oracle Aconex. Connecting Oracle Aconex to every major CDE platform. Oracle Aconex is one of the most widely adopted document management and correspondence platforms on major capital works programmes globally. It is a common mandate on large civil infrastructure, building, and resources projects, particularly where formal transmittal workflows, correspondence registers, and audit trails are a contractual requirement. The challenge is that Aconex rarely operates as the only CDE on a programme. Design teams, contractors, and subcontractors often work across Autodesk, Bentley, Procore, and other platforms, and keeping project data consistent between Aconex and the rest of the project's CDE stack requires significant manual effort without the right integration in place. CDE Sync by Utopia Digital automates that integration. It synchronises files, metadata, and version control between Oracle Aconex and every other major CDE platform, in real time, without manual downloads, reformatting, or re-uploads. * Oracle Aconex integrated with Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, and Forma Autodesk platforms are widely used for model coordination and design management on programmes where Aconex is the primary document control and correspondence system. CDE Sync connects the two environments, automatically synchronising documents and metadata so that design teams in Autodesk and document controllers in Aconex are always working from the same current project record. * Oracle Aconex integrated with Bentley ProjectWise On major infrastructure programmes, Bentley ProjectWise is often used as the engineering data repository while Aconex manages formal correspondence and transmittals. CDE Sync bridges the two platforms, ensuring that documents issued through Aconex are reflected in ProjectWise and that engineering outputs from ProjectWise are accessible within Aconex without manual intervention. * Oracle Aconex integrated with Procore Procore is frequently used for construction management and site operations alongside Aconex for document control and correspondence. CDE Sync keeps both environments synchronised, ensuring that document updates, revisions, and metadata changes are reflected accurately across both platforms without duplication or version inconsistency. * Oracle Aconex integrated with Asite On international programmes where both Aconex and Asite are in use across different parts of the supply chain, CDE Sync maintains consistent document records between the two platforms. Teams working in Asite and teams working in Aconex both access current information without needing to manually transfer files between systems. * Oracle Aconex integrated with Microsoft SharePoint Many project teams use Microsoft SharePoint for internal collaboration and document management alongside Aconex for formal project correspondence. CDE Sync synchronises documents and metadata between SharePoint and Aconex, ensuring that internal teams have access to current project records within their everyday working environment. * Oracle Aconex integrated with InEight InEight is used across heavy civil, energy, and industrial programmes where Aconex handles formal document control and correspondence.
