  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business problems, use data-gathering and analysis techniques to develop solutions, and present recommendations based on findings.
  • Perform business analytics, including data analysis, trend identification, and pattern recognition using machine learning, text mining, statistical analysis, or other advanced techniques to support decision-making and data-driven insights.
  • Apply agile practices to project management, solution development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation that captures business requirements and specifications for analytical solutions and their production implementation.
  • Manage multiple priorities and maintain the quality and timeliness of deliverables such as quantitative models, data science products, data analysis reports, and data visualizations, working independently and with a team.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate technical concepts and analysis results to internal stakeholders in person and virtually, and develop professional relationships to foster collaboration on work deliverables.
  • Mitigate risk by identifying potential issues and developing controls.
  • Research advances in data science and artificial intelligence to support business analytics.
  • Design, build, train, validate, and tune supervised machine learning classification models using structured, behavioral, and transactional data.
  • Explore, cleanse, and transform data, and perform feature engineering to create reliable inputs for model development.
  • Develop repeatable Python-based workflows, scripts, and pipelines for dataset preparation, model training, evaluation, and scoring.
  • Independently deliver complex classification models from data exploration through production implementation, build repeatable data pipelines, write maintainable code, troubleshoot model and data issues, document technical decisions, and partner with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable production workflows.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing classification models for fraud, risk, cybersecurity, authentication, customer behavior, anomaly detection, or other high-volume decisioning use cases.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model packaging, version control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and reproducible deployment workflows.
  • Experience with distributed data processing, cloud platforms, or large-scale analytics environments such as Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, AWS, Azure, or similar technologies.

About the company

Bank of America runs one of the largest US banks, serving consumers, small businesses, wealthy families, corporations and institutional investors. Alongside checking accounts, credit cards, mortgages and business loans, it owns the Merrill brokerage, a private bank for wealthy clients and a global investment bank that advises on deals and trades stocks and bonds. Customers reach it through thousands of branches and ATMs and its mobile banking app. It earns money mainly from the gap between what it charges on loans and pays on deposits, plus fees from advice, asset management, deal work and trading. It grew from a San Francisco bank founded in 1904 and is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.

West Pharmaceutical Services replaces 2019 facility with $950M five-year credit agreement

West Pharmaceutical Services has signed a new $950 million unsecured credit agreement, replacing its 2019 facility, according to an 8-K filing dated October 26, 2026. The five-year deal includes a $750 million revolving credit line and a $200 million term loan, which the company drew on the effective date. Bank of America, N.A. is the administrative agent. The Pennsylvania-based company used part of the proceeds to repay the $130 million outstanding under the 2019 agreement, which was then terminated without early termination fees. West plans to use the funds for working capital, capital expenditure, acquisitions, stock repurchases, and debt repayment. The agreement caps its Net Leverage Ratio at 3.50 to 1.0, rising to 4.00 to 1.0 during significant acquisitions.

Fifty of 93 analysts rate the stock a buy, with a median price target of $138, about 15.9% above the current level. Shares sit at support around $118.74 and trade below their 50-day and 200-day moving averages. A close above $125.04 would signal buyers are following through, while a drop below $118.74 would suggest the move is fading.
