Junior Functional Analyst
About the job
- At least 2 and fewer than 8 years of experience in information resources.
- Experience in functional analysis or application support.
- Ability to write clearly in French.
- Interest in web application projects and Agile methods.
- Experience with functional analysis and requirements writing, user stories and acceptance criteria, functional testing and issue tracking, and documentation and communication with technical teams.
- Experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or a comparable tool.
- Experience with a web platform.
- Knowledge of user experience or user journeys.
- Experience with Agile.
- Knowledge of cloud environments.
- Availability to coordinate according to intervention requests.
- Participate in gathering and documenting functional requirements.
- Write or update user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Document business rules, defects, and change requests.
- Participate in functional validation and testing.
- Support senior analysts and the Product Owner.
- Participate in Agile meetings.
- Contribute to updating documentation.
- Rigorously track assigned items.
