- Must have HCA registration with the State of California; the employer can help obtain it.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
- Must complete a criminal background check with FBI and DOJ clearance.
- Must have TB clearance.
- Must be able to work some weekends.
- Must have a First Aid/CPR certificate.
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Assist clients with daily living activities.
- Provide care and supervision to clients and report updates to a supervisor.
- Collaborate with clients and families to support the best care opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment.
- Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and other daily personal hygiene activities.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Provide respite care.
- Previous experience in personal care or related fields is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
