Juvare, a global leader in operational resilience and critical incident management, has acquired Zapoj, an AI-powered Critical Event Management and Visual Risk Intelligence innovator. The deal expands Juvare's portfolio with advanced threat detection, geospatial analytics, automated continuity workflows and enterprise mass communication capabilities. Zapoj's suite includes Z-Intelligence, Z-CEM, Z-Resilience, Z-Communicate and Z-Safety, which will complement Juvare's existing platforms like WebEOC Nexus and Crisis Track.
