About the Company

Reframe Systems

Modular, robotic construction of homes

Missing-middle housing is built with modular panelized walls created in small local microfactories, while a vertically integrated process covers design, engineering, construction, and site work to deliver turnkey homes like duplexes, triplexes, single-family houses, and ADUs. Microfactories use software, physical AI, and vision-guided robotics to automate framing and sheathing; panels arrive with plumbing and wiring pre-installed and snap together on site for fast construction. The company differentiates itself by deploying small, quickly set-up microfactories in housing-short regions and using a co-developer/builder model that triggers factory setup only after securing a project pipeline, with units eligible for subsidies or open-market pricing. Its goal is to reach one million housing units over the next 20 years to reduce construction emissions and expand affordable, sustainable housing.
