About the company

CWS Apartment Homes manages luxury apartment communities for renters across the United States, combining on-site service with centralized property operations. Residents sign leases ranging from month-to-month to 18 months and use online portals to pay rent, ask questions and request maintenance. Its apartment business grew out of investments in manufactured housing, and the wider CWS group acquires, develops and sells properties as well as managing them. Local teams handle leasing and resident service, maintain buildings and shared amenities, and coordinate property operations with the wider investment business. Founded in 1969, CWS Apartment Homes is headquartered in Austin, Texas.
